Register your company

Your company is not listed in BecoSearch? Then we look forward to hearing from you! Please proceed as follows:

  1. First, please check whether your organization meets our guidelines for inclusion in BecoSearch.
  2. If possible, please then send the following information by e-mail to jessica.erdmann@klib-org.de
    • Name of the organization incl. corporate form (GmbH, e. V., …)
    • Address
    • Link to the organization’s website
    • Contact person for cooperation in BecoSearch including e-mail address and telephone number
    • Company logo, ideally as a high-resolution image file and jpg or png
    • Short description of the company with reference to batteries in German and English (maximum 1,000 characters each including spaces)
  3. We will add your company to BecoSearch for you and invite you to keyword your company directly in BecoSearch, add information and correct it if necessary.

Report a project

If you are in charge of or know of a publicly funded project that is not yet displayed in BecoSearch, we would be pleased if you would let us know.

Please proceed as follows:

  1. Firstly, please check whether the project fulfils the guidelines for inclusion in BecoSearch.
  2. If possible, please then send the following information by e-mail to jessica.erdmann@klib-org.de
    • Title of the project and acronym if applicable (e.g. accompanying measure to the BMBF funding measure “Battery materials for future electromobile and stationary applications” (Battery 2020 Transfer))
    • Sponsor (e.g. BMBF)
    • Funding code (e.g. 03XP0040A)
    • Project logo ideally as a high-resolution image file and jpg or png
    • Contact person for the project (ideally joint project coordinator and sub-project leader or individual project leader) including email address and telephone number
  3. If the project meets the guidelines for inclusion in the database, we will add the project to the database as soon as the project is entered in the federal government’s funding catalogue eingetragen ist.
  4. We then invite the project leaders to keyword the project directly in BecoSearch, add information and correct it if necessary.
    If it is a project that is not listed in the federal funding catalogue, we will contact you directly for further information.

Report an error

If you notice any errors in BecoSearch, please let us know.

If possible, please send the following information by e-mail to dominik.sollmann@klib-org.de

  • Type of error and, if possible, a suggested solution (e.g. spelling mistake in line 2, it should read battery and not batrey)
  • “Location” of the error – please send us the direct link to the error or, if necessary, a clear description so that we can reproduce the error (e.g. screenshot, project name and tab in the info field, etc.)
  • Name of the browser you are using incl. version number
  • Name of the operating system you are using, including version number

We endeavour to check and correct reported errors as quickly as possible.

Share Your suggestions

If you are missing functions in BecoSearch or if you have suggestions for improvement, we would be pleased if you could send us your suggestions.
If possible, please send the following information by e-mail to dominik.sollmann@klib-org.de

  • As detailed a description as possible of the feature, problem or similar that is to be improved
  • as detailed a description as possible of your suggestion or wish for improvement
  • If applicable, the “location” of the problem – please send us the direct link to the location in the database where the improvement should be made or, if necessary, a clear description (e.g. screenshot with notes)

We will check all suggestions, collect them and, if possible, try to take as many suggestions and requests into account as possible.
